Use of the space: Dry Sauna, Cold Plunge, Mineral Hot Tub, Meditation Room. *You are also welcome to spend the night for no additional fee, but let us know in advance to confirm your spot. There are 7 beds and we will not put more than one person to a bed.
All workshop materials included: eye mask, blanket, workbook/journal, and additional extras to take with you to continue to enjoy at home.
Pre-Call with Joy and Deborah. All participants must do a pre-call to confirm their spot. If you have not contacted Deborah, your spot is not confirmed with this purchase.
