From Real Estate Partner to Business and Mindset Strategist
How I learned that sustainable success requires both outer strategy and inner work
For 11+ years, I built a career in real estate. I started investing and building a portfolio with my husband. Then, I got my license and started helping other people buy real estate and became a partner at The CityLiving Group, one of Nashville's top-producing teams closing $144M-$223M annually. I was good at what I did. I understood strategy, execution, and how to build momentum.
But I also hit walls. Despite all the external success, I watched myself, and the people around me, struggle with the internal stuff: limiting beliefs, burnout, the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
That's when I started exploring the work that most high-performers avoid: nervous system regulation, somatic practices, the stories we tell ourselves that keep us stuck. I practiced transformational modalities. I experienced my own breakthroughs.
And I realized: the real bottleneck isn't strategy. It's the internal blocks that keep us from executing on the strategy we already know.
What I Do Now
I help high-performers build sustainable momentum by combining:
Strategic Planning
Clear 12-month plans, quarterly priorities, 90-day execution roadmaps
Inner Work
Nervous system resets, limiting belief identification, mindset shifts that actually stick
I still practice what I teach as a partner at The CityLiving Group, which means I understand the pressure of high-stakes execution firsthand. Most business coaches give you strategy. Most therapists give you inner work. I give you both because you need both to actually follow through.
